Mav-Tech uses the C8H ChamferMate to bevel steel pipe that is 2-8" diameter, with and average of a 1/2" wall thickness. The largest pipe segments beveled using the ChamferMate are 8" in diameter with a 0.688" wall thickess. The set up for this size also bores the ID and creates the clean, finished edge bevel in about 31 seconds
The C8H ChamferMate runs about 8-10 hours per day running full out almost all that time and can produce over 400-500 finihsed pieces per day of the most popular sizes.
