The MSI-70 bar shear is a semi-automatic bar stock shear solution. The MSI-70 is semi-automatic in that pinch rollers feed the bar into shear while the operator manually loads bars. Ideal for cutting round bars, the MSI-70 offers dependable hydraulic power and pinch roller feed for an easy to operate solution with simple changeover. The heavy duty adjustable out-feed system with bar support makes this machine ideal for handling longer parts.

The MSI-100 is a fully automatic shear for round bar up to 1-1/2" in diameter. Ideal as a rebar cutter, the MSI-100 can be used for a variety of applications such as bolt blanks and other solid round parts. Part of what makes this machine ideal for a large range of applications across a variety of industries is that it provides clean cuts, crop cutting, sorting of drops, and accurate part counts.
